1. Workpiece pretreatment: Degreasing, phosphating and other surface treatments are performed on the workpiece to improve the adhesion of the coating.
2. Loading: Install the pretreated workpiece on the conveying system.
3. Electrophoretic coating: The workpiece is immersed in the electrophoretic tank and electrophoretic deposition is performed by direct current.
4. Ultrafiltration water washing: The workpiece after electrophoresis is washed with ultrafiltration water and pure water in turn to remove the electrophoretic liquid remaining on the surface.
5. Drying and curing: The electrophoretic coating is cured by heating.
6. Unloading: Remove the painted workpiece.
1. Process flow chart
Pre-degreasing → degreasing → water washing 1 → pure water washing 1 → silane (chromization) → water washing 3 → pure water washing 2 → cathode electrophoresis → UF0 → UF1 → UF2 → pure water washing → curing and drying → unloading
