The Electrophoretic Coating Equipment is designed using advanced technology to provide a cationic electrodeposition coating system. This system is known for its excellent coating performance and high corrosion resistance. The equipment is customizable to accommodate different tank sizes, making it suitable for various product sizes and production needs.
With the Electrophoretic Coating Equipment, you can achieve anodic electrophoretic coating, a process that involves an electric field to deposit the coating material on the metal product. This process ensures an even and consistent coating thickness on the product surface, resulting in a high-quality finish. The e-coating equipment is also capable of dipping coating, which is perfect for products that require a thicker coating layer.
This Electrophoretic Coating Equipment is designed to provide an efficient and cost-effective solution for your metal products coating needs. The use of water-based paint reduces the environmental impact of the coating process, making it an eco-friendly option. The equipment is also designed for easy maintenance, ensuring that you can keep it in top condition and prolong its service life.
The Electrophoretic Coating Equipment is ideal for various applications, including automotive, aerospace, and industrial products. It provides a high-quality coating that enhances the product's durability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal. This equipment is the perfect choice for businesses that require a reliable and efficient coating solution for their metal products.
The Huier Electrophoretic Coating Equipment is perfect for a variety of application occasions and scenarios. Its unique water-based paint coating material provides a smooth and even coating, while the coating thickness of 5-50 microns ensures that the coating is thick enough to protect your metal products from rust and corrosion. The working temperature of 20-50℃ makes it suitable for use in different environments, including industrial settings.
The Dip Coating Machine is ideal for use in scenarios where you need to coat metal products. Its dipping method ensures that all parts of the product are coated evenly, providing a consistent finish. Additionally, the cationic electrodeposition coating system ensures that the coating material is distributed evenly, resulting in a durable and long-lasting finish.
The Huier Electrophoretic Coating Equipment is perfect for use in a wide range of applications, including automotive parts, industrial equipment, and household appliances. Its versatility makes it a valuable addition to any manufacturing plant or facility that requires a reliable and efficient coating system.
1. Loading: transport the processed workpiece to the loading station.
2. Workpiece pretreatment: degrease, pickle, phosphate and other treatments are performed on the workpiece to ensure that the surface is clean and has good adhesion.
3. Electrophoretic coating: the workpiece is immersed in the electrophoretic tank under the gantry structure for coating, and the voltage and time are adjusted by the control system.
4. Post-electrophoretic cleaning: water washing and ultrafiltration water washing are carried out in sequence to remove excess electrophoretic paint and impurities.
5. Drying: the workpiece enters the drying chamber and completes curing at the set temperature and time.
6. Unloading: remove the painted workpiece from the conveying device.
The main components and workflow of the assembly line usually include:
1. Hanging device: used to hang the workpiece to be processed on the hanger and prepare to enter the production line.
2. Pretreatment stage: including degreasing, water washing, neutralization, surface adjustment, phosphating and other processes to prepare the surface for electrophoretic coating.
3. Electrophoretic coating: the workpiece is immersed in the electrophoretic tank, and the charged paint particles are deposited on the surface of the workpiece to form a uniform coating through the action of the DC electric field.
4. Post-treatment: After painting, it is washed with water and rinsed with pure water several times to remove excess paint, and then cured by a drying furnace.
5. Hanging and inspection: After the workpiece is cured, it is removed from the hanger and the final quality inspection is carried out.
6. Control system: PLC (programmable logic controller) and human-machine interface (HMI) are used to automatically control the operation of each link according to the preset process flow to ensure the coating quality and production efficiency.
7. Environmental protection and safety measures: equipped with corresponding wastewater treatment and waste gas purification facilities to ensure environmental protection requirements in the production process.
