1. Composition of spraying equipment The powder spraying equipment includes a powder spraying room, an exhaust system, a two-stage powder recovery system, a lighting system, etc. 2. Main structure of the equipment The overall design of the equipment adopts a reasonable and effective design, which can withstand the additional force caused by the imbalance of wind pressure when the equipment starts and the overall load-bearing capacity, so as to achieve the optimization of the structure. 3. Dust removal and recovery system The process of the recovery system is that the powder that is not powdered when the workpiece is sprayed enters the recovery system, and the large cyclone is used to separate the large powder and settle it in the recovery powder barrel at the bottom. After passing through the recovery powder pump, it enters the vibrating screen, and the powder after screening enters the powder barrel for secondary use. The remaining powder will enter the secondary recovery through the air outlet at the top of the large cyclone, and will be filtered and separated by the filter element. The clean air is discharged to the outside or the operation workshop. The powder enters the lower secondary recovery powder barrel through pulse backblowing to achieve the recovery effect.
