The axle painting production line is transported in the form of an accumulation chain. The whole set of equipment includes pre-treatment + spraying process. The process flow is loading → degreasing → water washing → silane → hot water washing → dripping and blowing water → moisture drying → masking → painting → paint leveling → paint curing → natural cooling → unloading. 1. Composition of pre-treatment equipment Pre-treatment includes shed, liquid storage tank, spray system, tank liquid heating temperature control system, pre-treatment exhaust system, RO reverse osmosis pure water unit, etc. The spray pre-treatment process greatly reduces the output of wastewater. The design of the waste gas treatment equipment is to use a cyclone tower device for treatment and discharge after consulting the local environmental impact assessment and safety in advance. 2. Composition of paint spraying equipment The paint spraying room adopts a water cyclone structure, which consists of a room body, an air supply system, a bottom paint mist treatment device, an exhaust system, a water circulation system, and a paint supply system. Under the action of the air supply fan, a certain negative wind speed (wind speed between 0.3~0.7m/s) is formed indoors, and it falls into the water from top to bottom along the water curtain plate. Among them, the waste gas treatment is also designed and installed in different regions under the premise of consulting the local environmental impact assessment and safety in advance, using cyclone plate washing tower + photocatalytic box + activated carbon box equipment. 3. Main structure of the equipment The overall equipment is designed with a reasonable and effective design, which can withstand the additional force caused by the unbalanced wind pressure when the equipment is started and the overall load-bearing capacity, so as to achieve structural optimization.
