The steel wheel electrophoresis, painting and powder coating lines are transported in the form of hanging chains. The whole set of equipment includes pre-treatment + spraying process, and its process flow is loading → hot water washing → pre-degreasing → degreasing → water washing → pure water washing → silane → pure water washing → water blowing → electrophoresis → UF0 → UF1 → pure water washing → automatic water blowing → water dripping → electrophoresis curing → cooling → painting → paint leveling/powder spraying → paint curing → natural cooling → unloading. In the whole production process, the process is perfect, the process equipment is advanced; the operating conditions are safe and good, and the workshop environment is clean.
1. Composition of pre-treatment equipment Pre-treatment includes shed, liquid storage tank, spray system, tank liquid circulation and stirring system, tank liquid heating and temperature control system, exhaust system, water blowing device and supporting waste gas treatment system. The waste gas recovery system meets national standards and is discharged after passing through the cyclone tower equipment. 2. Composition of paint spraying equipment The paint spraying room adopts a water cyclone structure, which consists of a room body, air supply system, bottom paint mist treatment device, exhaust system, water circulation system, and paint supply system. Under the action of the blower, a certain negative wind speed (wind speed between 0.3~0.7m/s) is formed indoors, and the waste gas falls into the water from top to bottom along the water curtain plate, and the waste gas is discharged after being treated by a set of cyclone plate washing tower equipment. 3. Main structure of the equipment The overall equipment adopts a reasonable and effective design, which can withstand the additional force caused by the imbalance of wind pressure when the equipment starts and the overall load-bearing capacity, so as to achieve the optimization of the structure.
