Casting electrophoretic coating production line is transported in the form of suspension chain. The main workpiece material is cast iron. 1. Composition of pre-processing equipment
Pre-treatment includes shed body, liquid storage tank body, spray system, tank circulation stirring system, tank heating and temperature control system, exhaust system, water blowing device and supporting waste gas treatment system. The waste gas recovery system meets the national standard and is discharged after the cyclone tower equipment.
2. Composition of powder spraying equipment
The dusting room includes a dusting room body, a spraying system, a powder two-stage recovery system, a lighting system, etc. The process of the recovery system is that the powder that is not powdered when spraying the workpiece enters the recovery system, and through the rotation separation of the large cyclone, the relatively large powder settles into the lower recovery powder barrel. After the recovery powder pump, it enters the vibration sieve, and the powder after screening enters the powder barrel for secondary use. The remaining powder will enter the secondary recovery through the tuyere at the top of the large cyclone. Through the filter element filtration, separation, clean air discharged to the outdoor or operating workshop, powder through the pulse back blowing, into the lower secondary recovery powder barrel, to achieve the recovery effect.
