Instructions:

Cabinet shell powder coating production line is a professional equipment used for the surface powder coating treatment of cabinet shell, which can realize a series of processes such as degreasing, cleaning, phosphating, powder spraying and curing of cabinet shell, so as to improve the corrosion resistance, beauty and adhesion of cabinet shell.

Main structure and components:

The overall structure of the production line ‌ adopts ‌ modular automatic assembly line design ‌, including six functional units: pretreatment system → electrostatic spraying system → curing system → conveying system → environmental protection system → intelligent control system.
I. ‌ pretreatment section ‌ (surface treatment core)
‌ degreasing cleaning unit ‌ Spray degreasing tank: 60-70℃ alkaline solution (pressure 0.3-0.5MPa)
Ultrasonic auxiliary device (optional) : Improve the cleanliness of complex structures
Chemical film ‌ Unit: 1-8μm anti-corrosion layer is formed after normal temperature treatment
‌ water washing system ‌ three-stage countercurrent water washing tank (conductivity ≤50μs/cm)
Pure water seal tank: RO reverse osmosis water
Two, ‌ electrostatic spraying unit ‌
‌ Dusting room ‌ Three-dimensional reciprocating spraying machine: equipped with 8-12 electrostatic spray guns (voltage 60-90kV adjustable)
Constant temperature and humidity control: temperature 23±2℃ / humidity 55±5%
‌ powder circulation system ‌ Fluidized bed powder feeder + Venturi recovery system (recovery rate ≥95%)
Cyclone separator + Fine filter (filtration accuracy 0.5μm)
3. ‌ high temperature curing unit ‌
‌ curing baking channel ‌ hot air circulation structure: accurate temperature control (180-200℃±5℃)
Waste heat recovery module: energy saving more than 30%
‌ conveying speed control system ‌ Variable frequency speed control catch-chain: speed 1.2-2.5m/min (matching 20-30min curing time)
High temperature spreader: Bearing capacity ≥200kg
‌ intelligent control system ‌
‌ Central console ‌ Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLC + 10.1 "industrial touch screen
Formula management system: Support 100 groups of process parameter storage
‌ iot monitoring ‌ Real-time monitoring of spray film thickness, temperature and humidity, VOCs emissions and other data
Abnormal alarm: automatic diagnosis of 32 types of faults (such as insufficient pressure, overtemperature, etc.)
Five, ‌ environmental protection treatment system ‌
‌ Exhaust gas treatment and cooling + filtration + activated carbon adsorption (VOCs removal rate ≥98%)
‌ dust treatment ‌ pulse bag dust collector (discharge concentration ≤10mg/m³)
‌ Wastewater treatment ‌ Neutralization precipitation + membrane filtration (up to GB8978 first-class standard)
