1. Pretreatment system - degreasing tank (alkaline cleaning agent) removes grease and impurities from aluminum surface and improves adhesion of coating.
- Passivation tank (chromified/chromium-free conversion film equipment) forms a dense chemical conversion film to enhance anti-corrosion performance (the mainstream chromium-free environmental protection process in 2025).
2. Spraying system - Automatic electrostatic spray gun (rotary cup/air mixing type) accurately atomized fluorocarbon coating, electrostatic adsorption to ensure uniform coverage, spraying efficiency increased by 30%.
- The paint supply unit (two-component metering pump) precisely controls the ratio of fluorocarbon resin and curing agent to ensure the chemical stability of the coating.
3. Curing system - high temperature drying channel (gas/electric heating) stage temperature control (80℃ preheating →220℃ curing), to ensure that the fluorocarbon coating fully cross-linked, weather resistance of more than 25 years.
- Hot air circulation fan evenly distributes heat to prevent aluminum deformation or color difference.
