Main structure and core components
1. pre-processing system
function : Remove the oil and oxide layer on the surface of aluminum alloy, enhance the adhesion of the coating.
composition : degreasing tank : alkaline solution chemical degreasing.
washing tank : multistage countercurrent washing.
conversion film treatment tank : no chromium ceramic/zirconium treatment (in accordance with 2025 environmental standards).
drying room : hot air circulation quick drying.
2. automatic spraying system
function : Uniform spray powder/liquid coating.
consists of : spraying robot : 6-axis high-precision mechanical arm, equipped with electrostatic spray gun (voltage range 50-100kV).
spray room : explosion-proof design, negative pressure environment + multi-level filtration (HEPA+ activated carbon).
powder supply system : powder fluidized bed + quantitative powder supply pump.
3. curing oven (oven)
function : high temperature curing coating to form a dense film layer.
parameter : Temperature range: 180-220℃ (powder) / 120-160℃ (liquid).
Heating method: natural gas infrared radiation + hot air circulation (thermal efficiency ≥85%).
Energy saving design: waste heat recovery system (2025 new regenerative heat exchanger).
4. conveying system
Type : Hanging chain/ground chain conveyor.
