Automatic pre-spray treatment spraying production line

two, the standard process
Upper part → pre-degreasing (60℃) → Main degreasing (50℃) → Washing 1 → surface conditioning → phosphating → washing 2 → pure water washing → drying → Transfer to spraying line
The AI visual inspection module can be selected to automatically identify the contamination level of the workpiece and adjust the spray parameters
Standard line body width 2.5-4m, support 5G remote operation and maintenance (new feature in 2025)
Typical production capacity: 120-400 pieces/hour (depending on workpiece size and process time)
