Aluminum alloy Gantry frame Pretreatment Equipment Description Core Application It is used in the pre-treatment process of surface treatment of aluminum alloy profiles, plates, etc., including degreasing, water washing, passivation, phosphating or oxidation, etc., to provide a clean and uniform base for subsequent spraying or electroplating.

I. Main Structure and Components
1. Gantry frame main body
Material : high strength aluminium alloy or steel structure (surface anti-corrosion treatment);
Function : To carry the entire device and provide a stable track.
2. Drive and transmission system
Motor : Servo motor or variable frequency motor for controlling lift/translate speed;
Guide : Precision linear guide to ensure smooth movement;
Chain/belt : Transport workpieces to meet different load requirements.
3. Spray and tank system
Spray unit : multi-directional high-pressure nozzle covering the surface of the workpiece;
Treatment tank : Acid and alkali resistant material (such as PP/PVC), divided into degreasing tank, water washing tank, conversion film tank, etc.
Circulating pump : ensures uniform spraying and recycling of the liquid medicine.
4. Temperature control and filtration system
Heater : Electric or steam heating to maintain the temperature of the bath solution;
Filtration device : Multi-stage filtration (filter bag + activated carbon) to extend the service life of the liquid medicine.
5. Intelligent control system
PLC controller : Programmable control process flow;
Human-machine interface (HMI) : real-time monitoring of parameters (temperature, pH, pressure);
Sensor : Liquid level sensor, temperature probe, etc., to achieve automatic alarm and regulation.
6. Safety protection device
