I. Equipment Description
1. Core use
The surface treatment processes such as degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and passivation are completed by fully immersing the workpiece in the treatment bath solution. It is suitable for metal workpieces with complex shapes or high requirements for surface uniformity (such as castings, automotive parts, etc.).
2. Applicable scenarios
It is especially suitable for batch processing of small and medium-sized workpieces in fields such as metal processing, automobile manufacturing, and hardware accessories.
3. Process characteristics
Impregnation treatment : The bath solution makes full contact with the workpiece, clean or form a film without dead spots;
High efficiency and energy saving : Recycling of bath solution to reduce chemical waste;
Flexible adaptation : It can adapt to different materials (steel, aluminum, zinc alloy, etc.) by adjusting the bath solution formula.
2. Key design highlights
Modular tank : Flexible addition or removal of tank positions to accommodate multiple processes in series (e.g. Degreasing → water washing → phosphating → water washing);
Energy-saving design : Tank insulation layer + waste heat recovery to reduce energy consumption;
Automation compatible : Work with AGVs or robotic arms to achieve unmanned production.
I. Main Structure and Components
1. Tank system
Main treatment tank : acid and alkali resistant material (such as PP, PVC or stainless steel lining), capacity customized according to workpiece size;
Overflow tank : collects the overflow tank liquid and maintains the liquid level stable;
Tank cover : To reduce evaporation of tank liquid, part of the design is auto-opening and closing.
2. Conveying system
Suspension chain/drum : Carrying workpieces immersed in bath solution, speed adjustable;
Lifting mechanism : Pneumatic or hydraulic drive to control the immersion depth and dwell time of the workpiece.
3. Heating and circulation system
Heater : Titanium alloy electric heating tube or steam coil, precise temperature control (±2℃);
Circulating pump : Ensure uniform flow of the bath solution and prevent sedimentation;
Heat exchanger (optional) : for the recovery of waste heat from high-temperature bath solution.
4. Filtration and discharge system
Multi-stage filtration : Screen filter (coarse filtration) + bag filter (fine filtration), remove impurities;
Waste liquid treatment : Neutralization tank + sedimentation tank, in line with environmental protection discharge standards.
5. Intelligent control system
PLC+ touchscreen : Preset process parameters (temperature, time, number of impregnations);
Sensor monitoring : Real-time feedback of liquid level, temperature and pH value, automatic liquid replenishment or alarm.
6. Safety protection device
Splash guard : reduces splashing of bath solution;
Emergency lift : Automatically lift workpieces in case of sudden power outage;
Ventilation system : To remove acid mist or volatile gases, equipped with exhaust gas treatment device.
